The staff was always helpful and assisted with our queries. Very nice views surrounded the hotel. Magnificent beach access is available on Shark Bay, just off the hotel. The beds were VERY comfy!!!
The wifi in the room was somewhat temperamental.

The room was a beautiful suite pavilion sea view. I like the snorkeling. I saw turtles near the bay. A staff member, Onya, was personable and friendly.
The hotel location required many stairs. Breakfast had limited choices i think. The hotel did not allow outside drinks or food near the pool, this was not convenient.

The view to Shark Bay from the hotel is great. The free transfer from the pier is convenient. The pool bar staff there is very friendly.
The hotel has many stairs and I got very sweaty.
